and another one....

I thought this weeks reading were pretty interesting. I found the Love song very interesting. It seemed as though the man was regreting something he hadn't or had done. I agree with what someone else had posted and that is that he took too much time to do what he wanted to try to do but kept on putting it off until eventually he ran out of time. This seems to happen alot in actual life. So many people regret so much in life because they put things off until there is no time left. Well I guess I better read Mrs. Dalloway so that I can begin my last essay!!!

And Another

Hello everyone! I hope all is well. So this past week we turned in our essay for Great Expectations and had discussion over the book. The book was great but I do have to say I am glad they changed the ending because I would have not liked Pip and Estella just walking away from one another....how fun is that? At least when they walk hand in hand away it gives me hope that they live happily ever after. I am also very happy Pip ended up realizing how he was acting was very wrong(gentleman transformation). Welp, I hope this next book is good!!!It is alot shorter that Great Expectations:)

The 4th

So basically school is winding down so im getting excited but I am also getting very busy because it seems like I have more work!! Great Expectations was a great read and very easily understood by myself. I feel like Pip learned that money and social class wasn't important but how you felt about yourself as well as staying loyal. Two of the richest people in the book had two of the worst attitudes. Even to this day we judge people on social class and that is really ridiculous because some of the best people in this world have hardly nothing but are very generous and thankful for what they have. Well I guess it is getting kind of late for me. I hope the next book is as good as this one was.

3rd blog

Hello!!!
So this past week was a little hectic so hopefully this next will be better. Frankenstein was a great read and I'm glad Frankenstein isn't the bad guy. Our society now of days betrays him as such a horrifying monster but really he isn't. Our second essay is coming up and our web project. Luckily my group seems to be on the ball and hopefully we start really soon!! I actually should be reading the next book for the essay so I better get off here!! I hope everyone has a great week.

New Stuff!!

I hope everyone's spring break was good . I didn't do anything at all but procrastinate. However this week I am going to Springfield, Mass. to watch the UCO basketball team play in the elite 8. I am pretty excited about the trip overall just a little nervous about the plane ride but this is nothing new. I do have somethin im even more excited for even though it's not an upcoming event. I am pretty much obsessed with the Twilight series written by Stephenie Meyers and i've read her three books like five times. Her final book is coming out August 2nd so i'm pretty much counting down the days. The special edition book of Eclipse comes out May 31st and it has the first chapter of the last book(Breaking Dawn) in it so i'm counting down for that day as well. Not to mention they are making a movie over the first book, Twilight and that comes out December 12, 2008. YAY!!! Well I am really not sure how I feel about it yet because movies sometimes do the book no justice and I do not want to see this happen! Anyways back to business, I have started working on this weeks work and wow my mind is gone. I am not sure I am seeing what I should when I read the poems. I am just not to the point of interpreting things well yet. I hope I get this down!!
